On June 10th of this year, I remember that a European customer Mario find us and told us that they wanted to use a tricone bit to drill very hard formations. The regular bit was not effective.

The customer was very worried. But we did not have the 26-inch roller cone bit in stock at the time. After asking the customer, we knew that the customer was in a hurry.

Therefore, we advice that the customer try the rock reamer instead of the tricone bit. We have the stock of the roller cone and we can produce it for him in 3-5 days. And after confirming the details of the rock reamer of following:

1. Both thread (6 5/8’’ API REG box-pilling eye)

2. Pilot hole size (18inch stabilizer)

3. Use 6 pieces 14 3/4inch IADC737 rollers ( here we advice. )

The drawings were issued to the customer ASAP. And choose air transportation to the customer, So that it does not affect the customer’s project. The customer was very happy and sent us the pictures after drilling, we were also very happy for him.
